Select a folder that contains the raw .idat files along with a metadata file named SampleSheet.csv. The SampleSheet should include key details for each sample, such as GSM_ID, Sample_Name, Sentrix_ID, Sentrix_Position, and Prognosis. The Prognosis column represents the target variable, distinguishing control (healthy) samples from those in different disease states (e.g., mild, moderate, or aggressive). A toy example dataset (idat_example) is available as a compressed ZIP file and can be downloaded from the following link. Once downloaded unzip and select from the "Choose Files" button.
