The input should be provided as a .csv file containing the beta values from the experiment. Each row should correspond to a sample, while each column should represent a CpG site or probe. In addition, the dataset must include a column named Prognosis, which specifies the target variable. For reference, you can download a toy example dataset (bval_data) from the following link. Once downloaded select the .csv file from the "Choose File" button (Either in Feature Selection or DMP Analysis).
